Overview

A morning airboat safari on the floodplain wetlands of the Mary River catchment is a uniquely thrilling experience. The wetlands are home to thousands of Magpie Geese, Plumed Whistling-Duck, Ibis, Egrets and a host of other bird-life, which will take flight as you zip across the floodplains barely skimming the surface of the water. There's also a chance to slow down and spot crocodiles while you learn from your Bamurru guide about the beautiful plant-life covering the wetlands.
