1. COVID-19 SAFETY AND FLEXIBILITY
  1. COVID SAFETY - Walk into Luxury is an accredited COVID-safe business with procedures in place to keep our customers and team safe.
  2. COVID VACCINATION - To protect our customers and team, all customers are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated prior to travel (including boosters where applicable). Proof of vaccination may be required to check in to certain properties, or to commence some activities based on individual partner policies. Please contact us if you have any questions about the requirements for your specific booking.
  3. INSURANCE - Comprehensive travel insurance including COVID-19 cover is strongly recommended for all guests and is mandatory for new bookings from 31 January 2022. This is to protect your investment in the event you're unable to travel at short notice, including due to a COVID-19 infection. You can purchase this independently through your chosen provider or via our preferred provider, Nib. We recommend you purchase insurance at the time of booking for the best cover options and protection. Please read the PDS and check the policy is right for you before making a purchase.
  4. COVID INFECTION & CLOSE CONTACTS - If you are unable to travel because you contract COVID-19 or are a close contact, in the first instance your insurance is the best way to recover non-refundable costs. In the event that your insurance does not step in for the specific COVID-related reason for your cancellation, we will offer a change of date option for your booking (or part thereof) subject to any relevant third-party terms.
  5. COVID BORDER CLOSURES & RESTRICTIONS - If you cannot travel due to a COVID-19-related border closure or travel restriction, we will offer you either a change of date option or travel credit, at our discretion and subject to any relevant third-party terms. The option depends on your booking type, any third-party suppliers involved in your trip, and whether you are fully paid up on your trip. Conditions applying to date changes and travel credits are outlined in full in our Booking Terms.
  6. TRAVEL & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - Please ensure you check the latest Government Travel Restrictions in plenty of time prior to travel and complete any required entry permits, pre-approvals and health declarations needed to gain entry. Face masks are recommended and may be required for flights and entry to some properties and venues.
Your flexibility and understanding regarding border closures and Covid is exceptional.
