    Bamurru Plains is set on 300 square kilometres of floodplains and savanna woodlands on the Mary River, at the edge of Kakadu National Park. Fall asleep to the sounds of the bush at this unique safari lodge known for its prolific birdlife and wild buffalo. Guests are invited to join the Bamurru guides on open-air safari drives, river cruises, airboat rides and each day ends with sundowners and canapes with a view. After a day’s adventure, the pool is the spot to relax with local wildlife often seen roaming from this vantage point. This classic Australian bush experience includes premium food and wine and hosted activities. Bamurru Plains is one of the Luxury Lodges of Australia.
