Your scenic flight from Kununurra will depart early in the morning allowing you to witness the changing colours as the sun rises over the Kimberley landscape. Your flight route takes in the spectacular sites of King River, King George Falls, Berkeley River Gorge and more as you make your way to the Mitchell Plateau. After landing, you'll board a helicopter to the start of your walk into Mitchell Falls. Enjoy a 4.5 kilometre guided walk passing Lake Mertens and Aboriginal rock art sites before arriving at the falls. There is time for a swim in the Mitchell River above the falls before a picnic lunch. Later you'll reboard the helicopter for the transfer back to the airstrip where your scenic flight departs for Kununurra. On the return flight you will take in the Cockburn Ranges and El Questro wilderness area returning to Kununurra around 3.00 pm. This is a truly special Kimberley experience.
