Moke Lake is a stunning two-hour circuit walk that follows the base of Moke Lake and is suitable for non-hikers seeking an easy alpine walk. Start by heading up into the mountains to Closeburn Station, before following boardwalks across grasslands, around the rural farms and ending up back at the base of the lake. See the stunning reflection of the surrounding trees and mountain landscape in the lake's water; a truly special sight that will surely be a highlight of your New Zealand journey.
