Poronui Lodge is one of the world's finest sporting lodges, with premier fly-fishing, hiking and mountain biking opportunities onsite. The setting is the beautiful high country of New Zealand's Taupo region, bordered by native forest and flowing rivers. Accommodation options at Poronui include the traditional lodge and a private riverside camp by the Mohaka River for a unique glamping experience for up to four guests. Small groups can also be accommodated in modern Blake House, which is a recent addition. All meals and house beverages are included in your stay at Poronui. Activity options include horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, archery and, of course, fly fishing. Helicopter experiences are also on offer. It is all about the outdoor experience at Poronui, which we just love.
