Friendly Beaches Lodge is the exclusive eco-lodge accommodation on the award-winning Freycinet Walk

1Overview
Overview

Reserved exclusively for guests of the Freycinet Experience Walk, the Lodge features eight guest rooms and a communal lounge and dining pavilion, with picture windows and spacious decks inviting the outside in. The building is nestled in native bushland only 100 metres from the white sand of Friendly Beaches, which is not accessible by road and so generally available for guests' private use. Guest rooms are split between two separate sleeping wings, each with a lounge by the fireplace and separate shower and toilet facilities. The main lounge area includes local Tasmania art and a small library, along with a spacious deck where guests often dine under the trees. Friendly Beaches Lodge has won awards for its sustainable design and is set within a 130-hectare private sanctuary.
