Later join fellow guests in the main lodge for sunset drinks followed by a dinner showcasing local and organic produce from nearby Hawkesbury farms, paired with premium wines.
A gourmet alacarte breakfast is available in the main lodge this morning before setting off for a day of private guided hiking and touring in the Blue Mountains World Heritage area. Discover picturesque waterfalls and ancient rainforests with your experienced guide avoiding the typical tourist destinations. Today can be tailored to suit your preferred activity level, from 5 hours of challenging hiking to beautiful short walks to viewing platforms with a gourmet lunch and premium wine to enjoy somewhere scenic. After breakfast this morning, set off with your private guide on a stunning 2-3 hour walk taking in stunning Mt Banks. This walk offers one of the best views of the Blue Mountains that very few get to experience. You’ll return to Sangoma in time for a late lunch. This afternoon relax in your tent suite with the walls slid open to invite in the sounds of the bush, or enjoy a swim in the pool by the main lodge. Tonight enjoy another sensational last degustation dinner with paired wines.

This morning is a leisurely start, so take time to enjoy the birdsong from bed before breakfast. Mid-morning your driver will collect you for your transfer to the Central Coast, where you will arrive in time for lunch. Enjoy a special menu at renowned Bells at Killcare restaurant before being transferred to Pretty Beach House and your luxury pavilion overlooking the bay. There are a number of short walk options to choose from if you want to get active this afternoon, including Tallow Beach and Box Head trail (both around one-hour return). Otherwise enjoy a pampering spa treatment, then relax by the pool and it will soon be time for sunset drinks and canapes around the fire. Enjoy the stunning coastal views as the sun sets, before sitting down to a degustation dinner paired with top wines.

After breakfast prepared by the chef this morning, you’ll be kitted out with a packed morning tea and backpack and transferred to the start of the Bouddi Coastal Trail for a stunning 3-5 hour loop walk. Walking self-guided you’ll follow the clifftop boardwalk trail along the coastline from Putty Beach to MacMasters Beach, taking in secluded Maitland Bay on the way. Only accessible on foot, Maitland is a great spot for a refreshing swim. Back on the trail keep your eyes peeled for whales which are regularly sighted along with this section of the coast. After your walk, you’ll be dropped back to Pretty Beach House for a late lunch. Alternatively, you can enjoy a packed picnic lunch on the beach today. There is time to enjoy this special property this afternoon, perhaps relaxing by the beautiful pool, or exploring nearby trails on a mountain bike. Afternoon tea is served in the lounge and tonight is another chance for the chef to impress with local produce expertly prepared and matched with wines chosen by the house sommelier.

After a leisurely start enjoy a gourmet breakfast and one last chance for a bushwalk in Bouddi National Park before departing mid-morning for the Hunter Valley with your private driver. After a two hour drive, you’ll arrive at Audrey Wilkinson winery for a special tour of the estate followed by wine tastings. When you’re ready you’ll select your favourite bottle of wine and receive a picnic lunch hamper to enjoy overlooking the vines on your own private patch on the pretty grounds. Next you’ll visit renowned Brokenwood Wines for a seated tasting of six premium single vineyard wines with matched canapes. After, there is time to make a purchase or enjoy a glass of wine or coffee in the lounge before you’re transferred back to Sydney. Trip extension available including Sydney and Lord Howe Island.
