Overview

The Darling is a modern luxury Sydney hotel known for its service and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and many come complete with a spa tub and enviable views over the harbour and city skyline. The food and wine experiences onsite are some of the best in Sydney, with Momofuku Seiōbo, Sokyo and Black Bar and Grill all based here. Darling Spa is one of the best in Sydney, with its 11 treatment rooms, Moroccan Hammam, steam room and Jacuzzi. The level 5 outdoor pool is a relaxing space with drinks and snacks available from the pool bar area in summer, and in the mornings a joggers station is set up in the lobby with water, towels and maps to help you get out and explore the city on foot. So while the adjacent casino may not be an obvious characteristic for a Walk into Luxury property partner, there really is a lot to love about The Darling and we rank it among Sydney’s best accommodation.
