Considered the perfect long weekend escape for active Sydney-siders, enjoy scenic coastal walks in Bouddi National Park and two nights of luxurious accommodation and exceptional food and wine at Pretty Beach House. Including private return transfers from Sydney, you will arrive at Pretty Beach House in time for welcome drinks and lunch. You'll then have the opportunity for a self-guided walk on one of the trails accessed directly from the property before sitting down to a delicious degustation dinner in the elegant dining room in the evening. Day 2 starts with a gourmet breakfast feast before you're driven to the start of the Bouddi Coastal Trail for a half-day hike with a packed picnic lunch to enjoy on the trail. Upon your return, there'll be time to relax at the Lodge before enjoying another exceptional dinner. On the final day, there'll be time for one last short walk or beach swim followed by a light brunch with sparkling tea before your private driver whisks you back to Sydney.

      Day-by-Day Itinerary

      Day 1

      Following a morning transfer from Sydney, you'll arrive at Pretty Beach House in time for a leisurely two-course lunch featuring fresh local produce. After lunch, we recommend one of the excellent short walks available in Bouddi National Park that commence at the steps of Pretty Beach House. The leisurely 90-minute return trail to Tallow Beach weaves through heath bushland and eucalypts, offering magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean before eventually descending to Tallow Beach. You'll be rewarded with a secluded beach, perfect for a barefoot stroll in the sand or a dip. Back at the house, you may consider a relaxing soak in your deep bath or plunge pool before sitting down to a delicious three-course degustation dinner paired with your favourite champagne or wines.

      Bouddi Coastal Walk

      Day 2

      After breakfast, the Pretty Beach House team will provide you with a packed lunch before you are transferred to the start of the Bouddi Coastal Trail at Putty Beach. Enjoy this stunning self-guided walk* (four to five hours one way at a leisurely pace), following the clifftop boardwalk trail along the coastline to MacMasters Beach, taking in secluded Maitland Bay. Only accessible on foot, Maitland is a great spot for a refreshing swim and to enjoy your picnic lunch. As you return to Pretty Beach House, be on the lookout for whales regularly sighted along this section of the coast. The afternoon is then yours to relax at the Lodge - we recommend a dip in the pool or an indulgent spa treatment. The evening starts with sunset drinks before another exceptional dinner.

      Day 3

      Your morning starts with breakfast in the lounge, followed by some free time to relax at Pretty Beach House or explore the trails of Bouddi National Park on foot or mountain bike at your leisure. You may wish to walk the 90-minute return trail to Box Head, which offers spectacular views over the headland and coastline - it's a perfect whale-watching spot in season. Mid-morning you'll enjoy a farewell gourmet cheeseboard and sparkling tea before your private driver returns you to Sydney around midday.
