The best time to visit Tasmania's Freycinet coast and join the Freycinet Walk is during the Spring, Summer and Autumn walk season which runs from October to April. The months of October, November and April are typically the quieter months within the Freycinet Walk season, before more walkers plan their Freycinet Experience from December to March when temperatures are warmer averaging maximums in the low-mid 20s (degrees Celsius). This is the best time to do the Freycinet Experience Walk if you fancy a swim on your coastal walking holiday. But if you like crisp cool mornings and a glass of red wine by the fire at night, you might prefer the shoulder months of October, November and April.
