            Day-by-Day Itinerary

            Day 1

            Begin your day with a visit to historic Penfolds Magill Estate – the birthplace of Penfolds with a rich history dating back to 1844. Enjoy the vineyard views and indulge in an exclusive experience of storytelling and tasting. Then its on to Maggie Beer's farm in the Barossa for a lunch showing local produce. Enjoy a special presentation in the Farm Shop and after time to make some purchases, you'll return to Adelaide to board the mighty True North. Enjoy a cocktail or sunset glass of bubbles with your fellow adventurers before dinner onboard later this evening as you set sail for Victor Harbour.

            Day 2

            Today you'll cruise to Kangaroo Island discovering the picture-perfect north coast of the island, visiting Emu Bay, Stokes Bay, Cape Dutton and Cape Forbes. Snorkelling, beach combing and fishing for whiting are some of the activities on offer today, with the six tender boats ready to take you where the action is throughout the day. A highlight is the opportunity to spot - and if you're lucky take a dip with - the seals and dolphins that call the island home. Later relax back onboard and watch the sunset over the southern ocean from the deck.

            Day 3

            Kangaroo island is distinctly beautiful with its pristine beaches, rugged coastal cliffs and sleepy seaside cottages. Discover the wildlife calling Kangaroo Island home including the many koalas, wallabies and kangaroos, and visit Flinders Chase National Park, home to the 'Remarkable Rocks' and 'Admirals Arch'. There's time to walk the boardwalks and visit the local seal colonies before rejoining True North at Kingscote to enjoy lunch while cruising to American River. This quiet fishing village is renowned for bird-watching and is a great spot to wet a line! Relax and enjoy a special sunset and a tranquil overnight anchorage on Kangaroo Island.

            Day 4

            Today you have the chance to tick off a bucketlist experience and cage dive with great white sharks! Join an experienced local operator for a once in a lifetime opportunity to see huge great whites up close in their natural environment. If diving with sharks is not your thing, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy today as the boat cruises around the Gambier Islands. Fishing in a secluded bay is a popular option with the guides practiced at supporting beginners and experts alike. Take advantage of small group sizes and personal assistance with multiple adventure boats at your disposal. Target Whiting close to shore or pink snapper out deep. In the late afternoon, join the crew at historic Memory Cove for beach drinks and canapes.

            Day 5

            Your day starts with a discovery of the Southern Bluefin Tuna industry where you'll taste the freshest fish, before making your way into Port Lincoln National Park. There is the option for a guided walk along a scenic section of the national park to a lookout above the coast. Wildlife is plentiful in the area so keep your eyes peeled for koalas and emus. You'll end the day on a white-sand beach with drinks and canapes.

            Coffin Bay Day 2

            Day 6

            Wake this morning in beautiful Coffin Bay. The area is widely admired for its pristine beauty – endless tranquil bays fringed with sandy beaches and surrounded by national park - and oysters! Start your day at Farm Beach, where you can fish or stroll along the beach on an easy walk. In the afternoon taste fresh seafood wine and beer at Yarnbala, accompanied by live music. On returning to True North, you will have the opportunity to take to the skies on a scenic helicopter flight enjoying views over Coffin Bay and the coastline of the Great Australian Bight with its ancient cliff tops and and endless stretches of white sandy beach. This evening the chef will create a selection of South Australian inspired dishes to be enjoyed alfresco on the boat's bar deck.

            Day 7

            Today you'll arrive at South Australia's remote Flinders Island where you have the chance to meet a local abalone fishing family, with a fascinating diving history. Learn about the region and local industry, before your hosts prepare and cook the Abalone onboard for you to enjoy. Enjoy a sun-filled day onboard in this peaceful part of South Australia.

            Day 8

            The picturesque township of Streaky Bay is situated on the western coast of the Eyre Peninsula. Morning activities include adventure boat trips in search of the revered blue manna crab, or townsite visit. This afternoon we visit the Franklin Islands. The islands feature many sheltered bays – home to countless shearwaters that nest in shallow burrows. Spend the afternoon exploring, fishing, snorkelling and diving as you prepare for your last night on-board True North.
