Day 2

This morning you’re off on another heli-hiking adventure, this time to a remote corner of El Questro where you will find Miri Miri, a spring-fed waterfall cascading over a 50m drop. A somewhat steep walk will reward you with your own private swimming hole set in lush bushland. Choose to go either in the morning or our favourite time at midday when Chef will pack you a gourmet picnic hamper to enjoy in this beautiful spot. We recommend a visit to Zebedee Springs this afternoon where Homestead guests have exclusive use of the warm thermal springs. Enjoy this 'must-do' experience before another sensational Homestead dinner to follow.

Day 3

After breakfast overlooking the Chamberlain Gorge, you have the opportunity to hike a truly breathtaking spot with your El Questro guide. We recommend Emma Gorge as a great morning walk and swim option. After lunch, we recommend taking an afternoon cruise down the Chamberlain River. With glass-like water and vibrant bird-life to enjoy, you will get to experience another side of the El Questro wilderness area.

Tonight enjoy your favourite drink at sunset before a sensational Homestead dinner.

Day 4

You’ll be collected early for your full-day Purnululu National Park excursion departing from El Questro. Your adventure begins with a scenic helicopter transfer over Lake Argyle, the Saw Ranges, Dunham River, O’Donnell Range, Bow River and Osmand Range before arriving at world-heritage listed Purnululu National Park, home of the Bungle Bungles Range. After landing your guide will meet you for a 4WD journey through the National Park, taking in the famous beehive shaped domes. You will then join a 3 km hike to Cathedral Gorge walking along Piccanniny Creek part of the way. After lunch and a return drive to Bellburn airstrip, you'll take to the skies again this time for more stunning aerial views of the magnificent beehive domes before returning to El Questro. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch on your tour today, and arrive back at the Homestead in time for pre-dinner drinks. A wonderful dinner follows with new friends.

Day 5

Prepare for the day enjoying a beautiful breakfast before joining a guided hike to one of the Kimberley’s most beautiful waterfalls at El Questro Gorge. Walk along the creek bed under a rainforest canopy before climbing the boulders along the gorge walls arriving at a turquoise oasis with trickling falls at the end.

After lunch back at the Homestead and some relaxation, it's time for your helicopter excursion to the Cockburn Ranges. After taking in the views of the magnificent views of the Chamberlain River, gorges and ranges from the air, you'll land to enjoy a glass of bubbles as the sun sets over the dramatic Kimberley landscape. Tonight enjoy one last Homestead dinner, perhaps opting for a private dinner under the stars on the clifftop to toast your Kimberley adventure.

Day 6

For the early risers, this morning offers a chance to join an optional guided bird-watching walk as the sun comes up at El Questro. Your guide will lead you in spotting unique birds and other wildlife flourishing in the early hours before the Kimberley heat kicks in. Head back to the Homestead for a final breakfast before you make your way back to Kununurra. Enjoy the scenic drive across a short section of the Gibb River Road on your journey back to Kununurra.
